I am a fully qualified and ITEC accredited complementary therapist with five years experience, specialising in clinical Reflexology, Fertility and Pregnancy Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Hopi Ear Candling.

I work at Pure Treatments Rooms in Wetherby which is a dedicated centre offering multi-disciplinary therapies across health, fitness, medical and clinical. It provides a professional and relaxing space to work within and is central to Wetheby with car parking nearby.

I offer a range of therapeutic treatments that help to support and promote the body's own healing and which can be tailored to work and target specific areas of the body.   I conduct a personal and medical written consultation prior to any treatment plan.  I work with both male and female clients.

About me

Hello I'm Rachel.  I'm a fully qualified and insured ITEC accredited complementary therapist.  I trained at the York School of Complementary Medicine and the Sylvia Brearley School of Therapy in Harrogate.  I hold diploma's at distinction level in both Reflexology and Holisitic Massage and am accredited with both the Complementary Therapies Association (CThA) and a member of the Assocation of Reflexology (AOR).

As a reflexologist, I continue to challenge myself to enhance my work with new methods and techniques and ways of working.  Over the past couple of years, I have starting working with ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) and organic essential aromatherapy oils which both deepen the therapeutic benefits of what I do. In addition, I also have undertaken Maternity Reflexology Training with the acclaimed midwife Suzanne Enzer and hold a Competency Certificate in Maternity Reflexology to work with clients right  from fertllity, through pregnancy, birthing and the post natal period which is always an exciting journey.

I entered the complementary healthcare profession having experienced ongoing health issues during my thirties, when I worked at senior levels in multi national companies. It was then that I took a conscious decision to move out of the corporate world of marketing and retrain as a Clinical Reflexologist.  I currently live locally in Wetherby with my partner and twin boys, Jack and Charlie.

Availability

My availability at Pure Treatment Rooms in Wetherby is as follows;-

Wednesdays and Thursday between 9.30am and 2.45pm

Fridays between 8am and 6.30pm

Alternate Saturdays between 9am and 2pm

Prices (£5 is added for the first treatment to cover the time taken for the intial 15 minute consultation)

1 hr Reflexology £40

1 hr Fertility or Pregnancy Reflexology £40

1 hr Therapeutic Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage or Full Body Massage £45

45 Mins Hopi Ear Candling (includes a double ear candling and consultation) £40

Gift vouchers are available by request and do make a wonderful gift a friend or family member

Cancellations of less than 48 hours may be charged in full
