The services that I offer include both foot or hand reflexology.  I also offer Indian head massage working on the head, neck, shoulders, arms and face.

History

Established in 2010

During my previous careers in retail and university management I became interested in complementary therapies and after enjoying the benefits of reflexology I decided to train and become a Reflexologist myself. I am fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I have been working as a therapist since 2010.

I trained under Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology and the World renowned Lynne Booth (Vertical Reflex Therapy - VRT). I am very passionate about the business and use a combination of their techniques in my treatments.

About me

Pat Compton has diplomas in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage having trained at the London School of Reflexology.  She is fully insured to practice and a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). Pat holds a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) certificate. She works from home and is also mobile within the Leeds, Ilkley and Harrogate areas.

I practise aromatherapy for Reflexologists and also offer Indian Head massage treatments.
