Chalet Holistics is a specialist ‘wellbeing’ centre which aims to create total relaxation both during your visit & continuing at home. We promote optimum health using natural, holistic techniques & wonderful natural & organic products to help your life journey be healthier, easier & more joyful. Whether you are experiencing muscle aches, tension, fatigue, stress, anxiety, injury, pain, or just that your body feels ‘out of sync’, there is a holistic therapy to try to guide you back to balance.

Located in a luxury chalet within Henley Water Gardens’ centre, surrounded by relaxing sounds of beautiful water features, Chalet Holistics’ idyllic setting is perfect to ease the mind, body & spirit.

Having the highest standards, Chalet Holistics carries out a full consultation before treatment, as well as providing aftercare advice, to enable a completely tailored service. We are happy to advise on the suitability of treatments – should you have any medical conditions please make us aware of these at the time of booking so that we can ensure your treatment is safe & tailored to you. We can even offer a combination of treatments so that you get the best from your time. Committed to innovation, as a fully-insured FHT member, new treatments are also in development. Like many of us unintentionally bypassing our life’s passions, I began my career by denying my love of all things natural, calming & relaxing in pursuit of a demanding brand management career.

One day, I found that no matter how hard I struggled against it, life was leading me down its own path – for the better. Having become severely exhausted, I was literally forced into listening to my wellbeing needs & I was guided to my ultimate passion for holistic therapies – which has led to what is, today, Chalet Holistics!

Fascinated by alternative therapies, I took some time out to re-evaluate what made ‘Nicole’. This made me realise that my love of all things ‘holistic’ was my next natural step in life. I completed training at an award-winning training academy in the Derbyshire countryside & developed my passion for holistic therapies. This first-class training along with my personal experience of the stresses & strains of living an imbalanced life has given me the necessary knowledge, understanding & sensitivity to help others improve their wellbeing.
