Karen Leggett MAR is a fully insured and qualified complementary therapist specialising in Reflexology. I offer mobile treatments and also treatments in my relaxing treatment room at my home in Beccles, Suffolk. I am fully insured and have undertaken a first aid training.

I have undertaken advanced reflexology workshops including Hormone Balancing, Linking technique, Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stones Reflexoloyy. I am delighted to now be able to offer the award winning facial reflexology (Ziggi Bergman method) to reduce stress for Health and Wellbeing.

I have also qualified as an Instructor running workshops under the award winning Children's Reflexology Programme, enabling me to run workshops for mothers, babies and toddlers, covering reflexology for reflux, colic, teething, immunisation and much more.
