About me

My name is Janet Thomson and I am a qualified lymphoedema and holistic practitioner.

I am a qualified lymphoedema and holistic practitioner in practice in Cardiff since 1998. 
Insurance company referrals can be undertaken for most companies including BUPA, AVIVA, RED ARC and AXA, and I am approved for lymphatic drainage in diagnosed primary and secondary lymphoedema.
I am qualified with the Austrian Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Casely Smith method of lymphatic drainage, and I am trained in healing.
My aim is to help clients to achieve a better quality of life and manage swelling caused by cancer and non cancer treatments. I offer a personalised approach focusing on self management and a range of integrated therapies. I am a qualified reflexologist practising vertical as wwell as conventional reflexology and lymphatic drainage reflexology. I am about to embark on a nerve reflexology course.
