My mission is to help reduce stress, improve sleep and revitalise energy levels using treatments such as reflexology, aromatherapy and Indian head massage to name a few.

Trying to establish the right balance between work, home life, and “me” time is not easy. Long term stress and lack of balance in my life resulted in illness that necessitated a long hard look at my life.

This assessment led me to complementary therapies and ultimately back to the classroom with a quest.....What is health/well being and how is it achieved?    There is no magic formula or prescription.  We are, each of us, unique and how we achieve well being, be it physical, mental or social well being, is individual, driven by our specific needs.

I now typically work with individuals who need some "me" time to revitalise energy levels, improve sleep patterns, and enhance their sense of well being enabling them to flourish and move forward with confidence.
