Reflexology provides deep relaxation and gives you the opportunity to switch off your busy mind.  If you feel your body is not working as well as it should or you have some health niggles you would like to address in a more natural way, then reflexology is the therapy for you.  I also teach meditation and offer 1:1 intuitive counselling.

About me

I have been in practice 13 years and am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists.  I have always had an interest in complementary therapies, having been brought up homeopathically and therefore favour a more natural approach to health issues, where possible.  Today's fast paced environment brings with it a greater degree of stress and anxiety which can eventually cause the body to malfunction.  

Reflexology is deeply relaxing - you don't need to be unwell to enjoy having a treatment - and works as much on an emotional level as a physical one.  It encourages the body to tap into its own self-healing abilities, guiding it to function as well as it can and therefore leading you to optimum health.

Reflexology can benefit a great number of issues, such as stress and anxiety, digestive and respiratory problems, hormonal imbalances, muscular/skeletal problems, disrupted sleep and many more.

I specialise in maternity reflexology - regular treatments during pregnancy will support you both physically and emotionally - and those suffering with fertility issues, particularly where there does not seem to be a medical cause.  I also work with clients who have suffered from profound brain injury. 

I combine meditation techniques within my treatments and where appropriate will see clients for 1:1 intuitve counselling sessions.

Availability

I work Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings.
