Reflexology & Progressive Kinesiology

I am committed to empowering people, helping them to take responsibility for their health and well-being. My particular area of interest lies in the emotional aspect of illness, and how our mental well-being impacts heavily on our lives.

About me

My personal journey into complementary therapy began 15 years ago after getting frustrated with my GP, who could only offer me a range of drugs that masked my symptoms, but didn’t cure the cause. A friend recommended a homeopath, and from that first treatment I was converted. Don’t get me wrong, I have been back to my GP for a number of issues over the years, but it was the sessions with my Kinesiologist that maintained optimum health for me, both on a physical and mental level.

I graduated with distinction as a Progressive Kinesiology Practitioner at The Progressive Kinesiology Academy in Essex. 
Tutors involved in the Progressive Kinesiology Academy have trained to a high professional standard. They are dedicated to Kinesiology and its progression into everyday lives. Not only do they teach Kinesiology, as well as other disciplines, but also all run busy practices treating clients/patients in their local areas.

I studied Reflexology ITEC Diploma level 3 at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine.

I offer treatments from my private clinic in Hemel Hempstead, and am able to offer a home visit service for those who are unable to travel (at additional cost).

£48 for a Kinesiology treatment 1 Hour
£38 for children under 16
£33 for a Reflexology treatment 1 Hour
£40 Reflexology & Remedy 1 Hour
£65 Kinesiology & Reflexology 90 Mins
 

Payments by cash or cheque only please
  
Please note I need a minimum of 24 hours notice to rearrange or cancel an appointment or a fee will be incurred
