I specialise in providing tailored Reflexology and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage treatments that your body and mind will love.

The goal of my treatments is to bring about a stillness in which the body is in a deeply relaxed, self-healing state. This is achieved through my treatments by enabling you to begin the process of unwinding, releasing the physical or energy “blockages” in your body’s natural flow. In turn, this helps to relieve tension, restore energy, and your body’s own natural ability to heal itself.

All my treatments take place in my privte garden Hideaway in Fownhope, Herefordshire. Home visits are also possible where preferable.
