A qualified reflexologist specialising in pre-pregnancy and spinal reflexology.  Karen is also a qualified therapist in facial reflexology and natural face lift massage. 

Karen works with a  variety of different clients including cancer patients, people with high levels of stress, hormonal imbalances, sleep disorders, autoimmune and MS to name a few.  Each client will have a tailored treatment to meet their specific needs.

Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology 

Natural facelift massage includes reflexology but also has the added benefit of making the skin look more glowing and youthful.

Karen Ford (MAR) qualified with the Association of Reflexolgist and Facial Reflexology, fully insured

Karen has always had a belief in natural healing following in her mother’s and grandmother’s footsteps who practiced as reiki healers.

After working for a number of years in a highly stressful corporate environment and following redundancy, Karen decided to change direction and to retrain as a reflexologist due to her passion and belief in the benefits of this treatment.

Available in London, Kensal Green, NW10 Monday, Tuesday's day and evening and Saturday daytime

Karen also works in Garston, Watford on Thursday and Satursday (subject to availability and prior appointment)

The treatment lasts for 55 minutes although please allow an extra 15-20 minutes for your first appointment

Based in Kensal Green, easily accessible by local transport including Bakerloo and London Overground and buses.  Parking is available and can be pre-booked in advance
