I work holistically, treating the whole person to help you relax and unwind allowing your body to find its natural balance.
I offer Reflexology which works to ease tension and bring balance to the body and luxurious Facials to uplift and soothe the mind. Also on offer are 'Introductory Reflexology' courses to enable you to give Reflexology to your friends and family.

About Me
I try and find the root cause of complaints, treating the whole person to help bring balance.
I am a fully insured member of the Assocation of Reflexologists with over 25 years experience.
Availability
I am available Monday through to Saturday at my lovely relaxing garden cabin in Chapel Hill in Braintree.
My fee for Reflexology is £40 and Holistic Facials are £45. These treatments take around an hour, although allow an hour and a half for the first treatment which includes a consultation.
