Christine Jackson and Ceris Owen have teamed up to develop The Health Barn ASKHAM with the aim of providing a hub for your health and wellbeing needs.

We offer a range of therapies, including floatation, clinical reflexology and therapeautic bodywork, Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Chinese Fire Cupping, Trig point massage, fascia release and chiropractic care.
Our aim is to empower our clients and offer a place to escape from the modern day stresses, unrushed and treatments taylor made to individual needs.

Due to my own ill health and being told to leave the job I was in by the GP, I had to rebuild and find new direction for my life and health.
I found complementary therapies so supportive and beneficial to recovery and maintenence that I then decided to study to become a reflexologist. I hold a BSc in Complementary therapies and am insured to offer Clinical Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic drainage, holistic facials, Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, chinese fire cupping and floatation therapy. I continue to learn with CPD amd am a member of the AOR (association of reflexologists) and the PR (professional reflexology) and registered with the CNHC (complementary natural healthcare council) for clinical reflexology.
