I offer various reflexology and massage treatments from my therapy room based in Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire.

I am also available for mobile reflexology visits in Petersfield and the surrounding areas.

My treatments will help you unwind and relax, a sanctuary for mind, body and soul, where health and wellness meet.

About Me

I began my training in 2012 and have since qualified in reflexology and massage, furthering my studies to include, maternity and fertility reflexology, mindfulness, and hot stone reflexology.  For massage I can offer full body (swedish) massage, hot stone full body massage or back, neck and shoulder massage. Please note all treatments are for ladies only.

I work holistically to achieve better results in addressing symptoms which may not be helped by conventional medicine alone.  I also consider the lifestyle of the client as holistic therapy considers the whole person to bring about homeostasis in the body.  All my treatments are very relaxing, and detoxifying, helping to achieve homeostasis and boosting your bodies self healing mechanisms.
