Raindove Reflexology, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, offers a range of treatments that can benefit you holistically. Treatments are performed with the intention to give both the mind and the body what they need. I am also an independant Neal's Yard Organic Remedies consultant.

I am a dedicated Reflexolgist providing treatments from my tranquil therapy room at the rear of my home.  I also offer a mobile therapy service for Reflexology and Reiki, covering Bucks and Oxon areas. The goal of my work is to relieve stress, worry and anxiety as well as aches and pains.

I have good knowledge and understanding of the physiological and psychological damage stress can cause and experience of effective methods to reduce stress and promote health and well being.  I believe that stress management and relaxation are key elements in improving overall health and well being.  Improved health, renewed confidence, improved sleep and reduced pain are all beneficial side effects of any of the relaxing therapies I am passionate about offering.

My mission is to be of benefit to as many people as I can, by educating others on how to reduce their own stress levels and to provide high quality, effective and relaxing treatments to all.
