About me
I qualified at the distinguished London School of Reflexology, renowned for its exceptional training and holistic approach to reflexology. I have successfully completed post graduate courses in Maternity Reflexology, supporting clients from pre-conception, pregnancy to post natal care, Facial Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy and Mindful Reflexology – supporting stress, anxiety and depression.
So whether you are looking for specific support or just need to recharge, I can offer advice on the treatment most suitable for your needs. I offer treatments to you in your own home or my home in Windsor.
As a Registered Member of the Association of Reflexologists, I am governed by their strict code of practice and ethics. I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate. As a member of The East Berkshire Reflexology Group my knowledge of reflexology is kept up to date.
