I offer a mobile service providing treatments in the comfort of your own home. I provide all the equipment needed, so there is nothing for you to do, but relax!
Reflexology is a fantastic, non-evasive treatment that works by reducing stress within the body. When you reduce stress, that encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own health achieving balance or homeostasis.
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to the rest of the body. Reflexology is not a massage, but a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on the reflex areas. The feet have over 7,000 nerve endings, making them one of the most sensitve parts of the body. Applying pressure to those nerve endings feels fantastic! About me
I gained a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology with VTCT. After being made redundant in my highly stressful job, I decided to retrain to become a Reflexologist. I have never looked back! I throughly enjoy my job, I love helping people and hearing positive feedback from my clients saying that they feel more relaxed, that they slept well or they are less stressed, really is fantastic.

1st treatment is 1 hour 15 minutes as this includes a full lifestyle and medical questionnaire
Further treatments are around 1 hour
