I strongly believe that Holistic Therapies can help towards improving quality of life by supporting a balance in the bodies systems, physically through body massage and in a mental, spiritual and emotional way through energy healing.
In May 20212 I qualified as a Level 3 VTCT Complementary Therapist which includes Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Swedish Body Massage, closely followed by a twelve week course Level 3 VTCT Indian Head Massage.
September 2012 I set up my own, home based therapy room business in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk and have continued to train and qualify in therapies I provide at Holistic Inspiration ever since.
I offer Reflexology and Reiki Infused Reflexology plus many more therapies that can address illness, correct imbalances, reduce stress and tension and induce deep relaxation that supports well being and health issues.

Just had an amazing reflexology session with Luisa, this is my 2nd reflexology session , have also previously had a wonderful reiki session .
