I am an intuitive holistic therapist, trainer and green witch, working from my beautiful log cabin in Bedfordshire.
I offer deeply grounding reflexology rooted in over 21 years of training across a wide range of holistic therapies. My reflexology sessions are led by careful listening, to the feet, the body, and the person as a whole, and may gently weave in elements of energy work, sound, breath, or plant allies where appropriate and always with consent. Drawing on experience in reflexology, massage, Reiki, sound healing, qigong, and earth-centred practice, I create calm, nurturing sessions that support relaxation, balance, and reconnection on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Each session is unique, responsive, and held with care, integrity, and respect.
