Reflexology is an ancient therapy that uses pressure point massage on the feet to help aid relaxation, improve wellbeing and balance the body.
Reflexology is suitable for all ages and can be used on tiny babies right through to the more mature adult.
About me
I trained at the East London School Of Reflexology and have been practising for the last 17 years. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexology and do keep up to date with seminars and weekend courses.
I also specialise in fertility and pregnancy, guiding you through your conception journey and supporting you through a pregnancy.

My hours are Monday-Saturday 9.30-5pm
General reflexology 1 hour £30

My practice is in Clavering a village close to Newport Essex.
My therapy room is along side my house with parking right outside.
