I am a fully qualified Reflexologist based in Wetherby. I run my practise from my home offering a peaceful and relaxing haven for your treatment, with convenient visitor parking nearby. Here you can relax, unwind and get the full benefit of your reflexology treatment, in which I can help you achieve wellness, balance and complete relaxation.  I am also a  member of the Association of Reflexologists as well as being fully insured.

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complimentary therapy based on an ancient technique of applying pressure to the reflexes of the feet. This therapy helps to speed up the elimination of toxins and stimulates the movement of energy to flow freely through the body, resulting in a physical and mental re-balance helping the body to heal itself. I treat clients with a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression. digestive issues, migraines and back pain.
