Welcome to Reflexology with Helen. My name is Helen Woods, I am a fully qualified Reflexologist in both feet and the face and practice from My Treatment Room in Upper Cumberworth. I also offer a mobile service to surrounding villages.

Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy that when used alongside conventional medical care, can help you to improve quality of life and bring comfort to living with certain chronic conditions.

Reflexology can help with; relieving stress and anxiety, improving relaxation, improving sleep, improving mood, releasing tension and an overall increased feeling of wellbeing.
