Iremia holistic therapies aim to calm the mind and body in this busy and stressful world. I have experience with working maternity clients, children and many different conditions.

I offer Reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki and Holistic massage using 100% vegan products to offer a complete holisitc approach. Based in Findon Valley , Worthing, I work across the Worthing and surrounding areas either from my salon, a wellbeing clinic or mobile to ensure I can offer a solution to meet everyones needs.

About me

My name is Jan Koutsoumanis and Iremia holistic therapies has developed from my passion for complementary therapies. The word Iremia is the Greek word for calm or tranquil and all the therapies I offer aim to calm both your mind and body.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I am qualified in Reflexology(AOR)  Indian head massage,(IHHT) Holistic massage (ITEC) and Reiki I, II, III and Teacher/Master levels.

In addition I have anatomy and physiology qualifications and a further education teaching qualification.

I work from Findon Valley and Worthing, West Sussex and offer a mobile service within 15 miles of Worthing at no additional charge.

Over the last fifteen years I have worked with a wide range of people and conditions including children, maternity clients, men and women. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any queries you may have.
