Amarisa Footsteps offers reflexology serivics for general well being and specialism in Fertility and Maternity.
Reflexology is a the applicatin of pressure points on the feet that corresond to different parts of the body. This helps enhances the body's innate ability to heal itself and maintain homeostasis. It is a fantastic treatment which induces deep relaxation and at the same time it vitalises the entire body. I
My journey in reflexology started in 2005 when I qualified as a practitioner in reflexology. Since then I have attended various professional courses included Reproductive Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Vertical Reflexolgy Therapy, Language of the Feet. In addition I am also a tutor teaching VTCT Level 3 Reflexology. May passion lies in helping other women which is the reason why I have further trained in Fertility and Maternity. We as women are always giving and it is important to make other women realise how important it is to love themselves before they can love anyone else. Therefore I have founded Amarisa Footsteps where I offer clients a personal space through the power of reflexology to help them heal themselves. My degree is in Psychology and I often use Guided Visualisation, Mindfullness, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in my treatments depending on what is requirement of the client.
I am very flexible in my timings. I can work around your commitments and fit you in early morning or evenings on certain days. For reflexology there is a current offer which is book for 5 monthly treatments and have the sixth one half price. Or book weekly reflexology sessions and get the sixth one free. Please call me to discuss.
