Reflexology

Involves massage and application of pressure to specific reflex areas of the feet.  The feet are a map of the body, mirroring its vital organs and structure.  By stimulating these reflex points, we can improve circulation, decrease toxins and tension by encouraging the body to function correctly.  Treatment will boost energy levels, improve emotional wellbeing and can assist in the treatment for physical and stress related problems.

Holistic Facials

Classic (30 mins), Prescriptive (60 mins), Indulgence (90 mins) and Ultimate (90 mins).  A tailored facial treatment incorporating a consultation, skin analysis to determine your skin type and aftercare advice to maintain your youthful glow.  Renew your skin's radiance - tone, firm and defy your age naturally. 
Classic - Cleanse, gentle exfoliation, toner to hydrate and prepare the skin, facial massage with a nourishing oil, a serum to promote the renewal of collagen and elastin within the dermis and a moisturiser to hydrate and protect the dermis.
Prescriptive - Deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, toning to hydrate and prepare the skin, a facial massage with a nourishing oil, a treatment mask to purify or deeply hydrate, neck and shoulder massage, a serum to promote the renewal of collagen and elastin within the dermis and a moisturiser to hydrate and protect the epidermis. 
Indulgence - As per full Prescriptive Facial with an additional massage or mini reflexology treatment to nurture, indulge and relax.
Ultimate - As per full Indulgence Facial and the ultimate for anti-ageing.  Using premium products at the leading edge of green science! Clinically proven to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, the Frankincense Intense (TM) range will instantly hydrate, firm and boost your skin's suppleness. 

Emmett Technique

Known as Easy Muscle Management Technique this treatment is a non-invasive method using light finger pressure at specific locations on the body to initiate the gentle release of tension in many problem areas.  Used to address pain, discomfort and to improve movement restrictions.  Involves no drugs, no massage oils, no manipulations and no high velocity thrusts. Results are usually immediate.  Can be incorporated into other treatments or as a stand-alone treatment.

Ear Candling

A gentle treatment using ear candles to address conditions such as excessive or compacted ear wax, glue ear, congestion from colds, sinusitis, rhinitis, hayfever, headaches and migraines.  The experience will incorporate a gentle lymphatic drainage massage to the ears, neck and facial areas to extend the benefits and leave you fully relaxed.

Spa Body Treatments

Choose from the Body Harmony or Body Boost.  A full body treatment involving body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, followed by body exfoliation to improve circulation and smooth the skin and then application of a body moisturiser and a body massage for head to toe rejuvenation.

About me

During my maternity leave in my previous job as a Project Manager, I decided to indulge in a passion of mine - massage.  I enrolled at college in 2010 and became qualified in 2011.  Since then I've not looked back!  I realise this is the right path in life for me to follow, set up my own business - Blue Owl Therapy -  and have increased my qualifications, knowledge an practice to include reflexology, holistic facials, massage in pregnancy and labour, Indian head massage, lymphatic drainage massage, bamboo massage, spa body treatments, ear candling and the EMMETT Technique.

I also am an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies Organic which gives me the wonderful opportunity to use an award-winning brand of organic products in my business and offer an extended service to purchase them.  

I was honoured in 2014 to win the Leamington Business Award for Health and Beauty, where my clients voted for me and gave spectacular feedback on the quality of service I provide!
