Reflexology, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Swedish Body Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Chinese Foot Massage.  I promote the use of positive affirmations to help getting through difficult times and to boost self-esteem and confidence. 

About me

I trained in Reflexology in 1993 wtih Brenda Coverdale, the same year I started the first of the three degrees of Reiki, I trained in Stone Therapy at Gateway in London.  I learnt all the other massages in the late 90's at East Surrey College to VTCT Level 3 standard.   I gained my Teacher Training qualification in 2003 at East Surrey College, and have been a teacher there of Holistic Therapies since then and up to the present.  I teach L3 Beauty and Spa students during the day and adults in the evening.   I found Reiki and bodywork to be completely life changing and life enhancing, I teach and practice in a holistic way valuing the connection of mind, body and spirit.  I am a volunteer spiritual healer and lead regular meditations at a healing sanctuary in Reigate.  I am a member of the Sussex Healers Association.

Availability

I have flexible availability, appointments may be made in the daytime 9am until 5pm, some evenings until 9pm and weekends. 

The fees for Reflexology are £30  for 1 hour treatment

The fees for Reiki are £30  for 70 minute treatment  I also teach Reiki, fees to be discussed in conversation

The fees for Indian Head Massage are £30 for 1 hour treatment, performed lying on a couch, Aromatherapy oils can used

The fees for Swedish Body Massage are £30 for 1 hour treatment

The fees for Aromatherapy are £35 for 1 hour treatment

The fees for Stone Therapy using Aroma Oils are £40
