Reflexology    We can all feel less than 100% at times, but a regular Reflexology treatment can work wonders in helping us to deal with niggly health problems which can stop us living life to the full. See an improvement in your sense of wellbeing as the Reflexology treatment allows your system to relax, freeing itself from tension to aid sleep and lift your mood.

About me

Catherine Haines MAR MCThA ITEC

Catherine Haines is a fully qualified professional massage therapist and reflexologist. She is attuned to level III (Reiki Master practitioner) in Reiki healing and an Advanced Theta Practitioner.

Catherine obtained her International Therapy Examinations Council Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage at the Isis College of Natural Medicine and has furthered her massage studies at the Holos Massage School in London, working specifically with deep tissue techniques, and at Jing Massage in Brighton. She has a certificate in myofascial release techniques from Inspire Massage in London.

Catherine obtained her Practitioner Certificate in Reflexology at the Central London School of Reflexology and is a full Member of the Association of Reflexologists.

She is also a Member of Embody and the Complementary Therapists Association.

Availability

Treatments are generally available Monday to Thursday (including evenings), and every other Sunday.  See the Appointments page at www.healthandserenity.co.uk for a listing of my upcoming availability.
