Reflexology is profoundly relaxing and nurturing for everyone. It offers a deep sense of emotional support and caring and is truly holistic – that is, it works on the physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual levels of a person. For many people, just a few treatments will help them get back on track.

About me

Debbie trained with Jackie Hamilton’s School of Reflexology in Norwich and qualified with the Association of Reflexologists. Her work within the Health Visiting Service enabled her to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in understanding and improving family health and well-being, leading to a special interest in women’s health and reflexology.

Availability

Your first reflexology appointment will take 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

This will include a full consultation to determine your past and present health and lifestyle so that treatments can be specifically tailored to your needs. 

Subsequent treatments including a review of progress, last around one hour.
