Reflexologist qualified 10 years ago and Member of Association of Reflexologists.  Foot spa and relaxation technique speciality.  Treatments may help stress related conditions and facilitate maintaining general good health. 

About me

I undertook a one year Oxford School of Reflexology School course in 2005 and practice from home in my calming treatment room.  My unique treatment point is that I encourage full relaxation during treatments and introduce hand self-treatments between sessions.  I embrace this holistic complementary non-invasive treatment for its  therapeutic long lasting qualities.

Availability

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2pm.  Taster treatment half an hour £10.  Full treatment 1 hour £30.  First treatment with consultation questions including diet, lifestyle, exercise and general medical history allow 1 and a half hours.
