Elysium Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive natural therapy, based on ancient techniques used in China, Egypt and India. It aims to re-balance the body's systems, using gently applied pressure to specific areas of the face, feet or hands which mirror the organs and structures of the body and is extremely relaxing.

Reflexology enhances the body's own natural healing capabilities. As a holistic therapy, it aims to integrate the mind, body and emotions and may help with many ailments including anxiety, stress and sleep problems.

I am a qualified practitioner with a level 3 diploma in Reflexology. I’m based in the village of Foxt, Staffordshire and this is where I conduct the treatments. I offer both foot and facial reflexology and i am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
