Healthy Soles has been operating since 2006 and treatments are carried out by Janice Smith (MAR) (VTCT), a fully qualified, registered and insured practitioner. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments available, as are professionally printed gift vouchers for that special present.

Reflexology £25 per treatment (concessions available).

Indian Head Massage £20 per treatment.

I  qualified in 2006 as a member of the  AOR (Association of Reflexologists)  The AOR is the largest and most respected UK reflexology organisation, and has a strict code for its members to follow. I subsequently trained in Indian Head Massage, qualifying and becoming a member of VTCT, and I now offer both treatments to clients. For the last five years I have also been a volunteer complimentary therapist at St Giles Hospice and have passed my level 3 diploma in Principals of End of Life Care and  level 2 diploma in Mental Health conditions.
