I offer Reflexology to balance the mind and body, in order to maintain health and well-being.  Reflexology is a holistic approach based upon the theory that different areas of the feet (or hands), relate to areas of the body.  There are a number of health benefits including stress and tension release; improved sleeping patterns; increased circulation and lymph flow and stimulation of the bowel (to help conditions such as constipation).

About me

My background involves achieving a Psychology Degree (BSc hons) and then working as a Midwife, followed by Health Visiting (Diploma/BSc).  This is when I discovered the benefits of Baby Massage.  I then taught the technique to new parents and realised how advantageous Reflexology can be.  

I took a career break following the birth of my third child - and used the opportunity to train to become a Reflexologist.  I have been awarded a VTCT Qualification Level 3 in Reflexology and am listed on the FHT Complementary Healthcare reigister, therefore, I have met the high professional standards to be accredited. 

I am now in a position of enhancing people's health and well-being and am able to provide relaxation.

Treatments are via appointment only, although I can be flexible and able to work some evenings/weekends if preferred.  I work in a mobile capacity enabling my clients to relax and enjoy Reflexology in the comfort of their own home.  I am offering a promotional rate of £35 for a first treatment and then £40 thereafter.  

Reflexology is a perfect opportunity to get that much needed 'me time' and relax from the stresses and strains that life has to offer.  

Alternatively, I also provide gift vouchers if you wish to offer pampering to a friend/family member!
