Using the thumb and forefinger, precise non-invasive gentle massage movements on specific parts of the feet work to stimulate, unblock and rebalance any areas of the body that are congested or imbalanced. Thus helping the body to return to a state of good health and vitality.

About me

nudefeet is located in Lower Shiplake, near the historic town of Henley on Thames, famous for its Royal Regatta and spectacular rolling countryside and river views.

nudefeet is led by Debbie Sayer MAR, a fully qualified professional Reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.  Debbie is also a registered RLD therapist.

Debbie carries a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and trained with The London School of Reflexology under the tuition of Louise Keet, one of the UK's foremost Reflexology practitioners and author of The Reflexology Bible.

Debbie is a passionate practitioner and enthusiast in promoting the full benefits of Reflexology and is delighted to offer Foot, Hand and Facial Reflexology at her practice alongside Lymph Drainage Reflexology and Fertility and Maternity Reflexology.

Availability

nudefeet is open Monday - Friday and the occasional Saturday (when there is demand).  I also work from the PureStretch Studio in Henley on a Friday morning which is sometimes more convenient for some clients.

Prices range from £40 - £65 per treatment depending on the treament and I offer various promotions throughout the year on gift vouchers and promotions such as Buy 5, get the 6th complimentary.  It is of utmost importance to me to work closely with my clients to ensure the most cost and time sensitive approach to a treatment plan to achieve the best result possible.
