I am based in Briston. My Yoga classes take place in Briston and Fakenham. One to one or small group tuition is available.

About me

I am a Full Member of the Assocation of Reflexologists. I qualified in 2002.I then trained in Massage Therapy. I have been practising Yoga for over 30 years and became a Yoga instructor in 2011.I am fully insured. I practice in North Norfolk

Yoga gives me strength and calms my mind.

Yoga classes are available in Briston and Fakenham.

For therapies, please contact me on 07951 596 101. Appointments are available during the day, in the evening and at weekends. Home visits can be arranged too.
