Reflexology, Bach flower remedies, nutrition, aromatherapy and herbal supplies.  I offer personalised mixes of aromatherapy products under my own Arbour label.  I am also trained in the use of hot lava shells, and can now offer hot shell reflexology.

About me

I began my training in 1993 and qualified with the West London School of Therapeutic Foot Massage.  Since then I have received training in the use of high quality nutritional supplements, Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy oils and herbs.  I passed with distinction the Vogel Phytotherapy course.

Availability

Monday 14.00 - 17.00; Tuesday 13.00 - 17.00; Wednesday 13.00 - 17.00; Thursday 10.00 - 16.00; Friday 10.00 - 16.00; Saturday 13.00 - 16.00.  Appointment length is tailored to requirements.  Reflexology £33, Hot lava shell reflexology £43, Bach consultation £35 including remedy.
