Specialising in Reflexology for stress related conditions, fertility, pregnancy and women’s health.  All treatments are set in a calm relaxing treatment room, set in peaceful surroundings. A deeply relaxing experience away from your everday surroundings!

About me

My name is Ruth Alabaster MAR. I have over 10 years experience in Reflexology, qualifying in 2005 from the London School of Reflexology. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

I am fully insured and I abide to a strict code of practice.

I am a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

I believe in the benefit of holistic medicine and treat the client as a whole.

I am continually educating myself on new practices and methods that can benefit my clients.

Availability

Appointments for daytime, evenings and weekends can be made.

Mobile visits can be made but additional charge will be made.

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel treatments, otherwise the full treatrment price will be charged.
