Down to Earth Reflexology is owned by Lindsay Mitchell and provides reflexology to clients of all ages and specialises in Reproductive Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

Reflexology helps to reduce stress levels and restore balance in the body. Reflexology aids sleep, helps relieve tension, improves mood and leads to an enhanced state of wellbeing.  It can be helpful for common health related conditions such as headaches, insomnia, back pain, digestive difficulties and anxiety.

Reproductive Reflexology is specialist reflexology used to enhance natural fertility to help couples conceive naturally.  It can be used to help regulate menstrual cycles, encourage ovulation and support conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and ovarian cysts.  It's also beneficial for supporting assisted treatments such as IUI, ICSI and IVF.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage is an adapted form of reflexology which encourages lymph movement through the body by working the lymph reflexes on the feet. Treatments are beneficial for clients with Secondary Lymphoedema in the arm, helping to reduce arm volume and reduce discomfort.

Lindsay Mitchell is fully qualified and insured and a member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
