Lisa Wells Yoga

I am a reflexologist, reiki practitioner and yoga teacher.

I have a passion for wellbeing and women's health, supporting those trying to conceive, who are pregnant or in the postnatal period, and those going through the menopause.

I am also passionate about supporting those living with the impact of trauma, PTSD and CPTSD.

I trained as a reflexologist in 2015 whilst undergoing fertility treatment. I experienced firsthand the benefits of reflexology and wanted to train to share this with others in a similar situation. I bring empathy and understanding to my clients, and offer a listening ear or the sanctuary of silence.

I offer treatments from a lovely room in Ware town centre, a calming and tranquil space within my home, or some mobile appointments are also available.
