I'm Lorraine Adams, I've been working as a reflexologist for the last few years.  I'm fully insured, certified and a member of the association of reflexologist, so I hold my practice up to a high level.

Heal your body the natural way after childbirth, use reflexology to bring your body back into balance, it's a wonderful treatment that can be carried out whilst your with your baby, and you can learn some tips on how to use reflexology to soothe your baby.

Reflexology can work on many levels, physically, mentally ans emotionally, depending on what your body needs, at the time.

All treatments are carried out in your home, I cover Richmond, Kingston, Elmbridge boroughs, and surrounding areas.

1 hour reflexology £50 initial consultation is included.
