Reflexology helps to rejuvenate our mental, emotional and physical well-being and health.  It can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.  This gentle therapy encourages the body to work natrually to restore its own healthy balance. Reflexology does not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe.

About me

I qualified with the Central School of Reflexology in London and have been practising professionally for over 15 years.  I specialise in reflexology and I am insured to practice. Skilled and sensitive trained hands can work on the reflex points of your feet to release blockages and restore flow where any imbalance following injury or illness might have occurred.

I can offer mobile treatments in the comfort of your own home for an additional travel fee depending on where  you are located. I am also available for organised events & pamper parties.

Availability

Therapy takes place in North Finchley, London, although for an additional cost I can be mobile and come to you.

My rate is £45/hourly session (plus any additional travel cost) or alternatively you can buy 6 sessions and get one free. At the first session I will conduct a consultation which is completely confidential to ascertain your medical history and your level of health and fitness. This will ensure the treatment will be beneficial to you and enhance your well-being. I can take you through what you can expect ahead of beginning the treatment. Of course I will answer any questions you might have too.
