I have run my local holistic practice since 1989 and treated clients with all manner of ailments.  I have had great success with anxiety and emotional problems as well as everyday conditions including backpain and asthma etc.  I work with pregnant clients and newborns as well as the elderly and all in between.  I also train reflexologists and have a good understanding of underlying problems to many symptoms.  As I also am qualified and fully insured in many other holistic therapies I offer bespoke treatments which are designed to suit the individual and not rely on one therapy fits all.  My main aim is to provide a friendly, informative and effective service for all.

About me

Sheila Crouch is a Fellow of the Association of Reflexologists and both practices and teaches Reflexology to professional standard as well as being a key speaker for the Federation of Holistic Therapists and giving talks and training at national health shows and for groups and organisations.  She also teaches Vitaflex a Tibetan form of reflexology. As well as running my own practice, I also introduced holistic therapies in an alcohol and drug advisory service with great results and have also trained and worked with clients of the London Lighthouse on how to help themselves and improve their health.  I have also worked with Age UK and eased and relaxed clients at a centre.  I am qualified in many therapies and my main aim is to help people to regain health and relaxation to facilitate a happier and fulfilling life.

Availability

I work 9.30 to 9.30 on week days and 10 to 2 on Saturdays.

My fees for Reflexology are £50 for the first session (allow up to 2 hours as a full consultation and treatment are given)

Thereafter a session is £45 with an option to prebook 6 and pay for 5 (£225).
