About me

Qualified in Reflexology  since 2004 and trained with Martine Faure- Alderson in Cranio -Sacral -Reflexology in 2006. Specialised in fertility, cancer and learning disabilities.

Qualified as a Doula with British Doula in the same year , using various techniques including reflexology to help mothers before , during and after the delivery of  the baby

In 2009 trained at the Special Yoga Centre with Jo Manuel to teach yoga to children with and without special needs from 3 years to teenager-hood, but also to help mother with babies from 6 months - 2 years.

Since 2016 working with Yogabugs, delivering yoga to mainstream primary schools in the North-West London area.

Trained in Facial rejuvenating lift massage  in 2012: a combination of Indian techniques, Reflexology, Chinese meridians and Japanese pressure points.

Advanced practitioner since 2013 in Emmett  Technique, which release tensions on muscles from their insertion points quickly end effectively.

Qualified since 2016 in Ayurvedic yoga massage, a traditional deep tissue massage incorporating Ayurvedic oils, herbal powders and yoga stretching.

Afternoons and evenings : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Able to travel to client location but charging £5 extra if within 5 miles from my home, otherwise £10 if further.
