About me

I am a practicing registered mental health nurse working part time for the NHS and for the past 10 years I have also had my own therapy and teaching business.  I specilaise in working with people who are experiencing anxiety and stress. 

Availability

Day time and evening appointments available.  In exceptional circumstances I might be able to undertake home visits but prefer that clients come to me. ---------------------------------------------------------------
