The sessions I offer are tailored to the individual, whether it's Reflexology, Reiki or a dreamy but potent mix of the two - ReikiReflex.

I also facilitate the Isbourne Reiki Share and Gloucestershire Lightworkers groups for those interested in furthering their knowledge and meeting like-minded people. Come and join us!

For the last fifteen years I have followed my interest in complementary therapies, healing and teaching Reiki and Reflexology.
I feel very fortunate that through my healing work I have had many people tell me how my Reiki and reflexology treatments have brought positive changes to their life. I work intuitively and every treatment is designed for that individual.
