Established with 25 years of assisting people to live a happier life. My motivation for my work is to empower you to a better life without limitations. My aim is for you to learn new skills, to apply these skills in your daily life. A mixture of hands-on and scientifically based energy work; talk therapy and self-development work has the chance and to turn your life around.

The aim of Empowerment Coaching is to alleviate or decrease your negative feelings such as: anxiety, hopelessness, fear, lack of self-worth, anger, distress etc. to give you strategies in life situations to find your optimum potential.

I offer seven different packages depending on your own personal need.

A free 45–minute consultation to identify which option will suit you as a client from the Bronze Package and above. This can be done face–face; by Skype or by telephone.

Lis runs Highcliffe Positive Living Group and Highcliffe Death Cafe, which offer meetings and talks to subjects close to my heart. I am also a speaker and workshop leader on holistic topics. I write articles on holistic topis to local magazines as well as online magaines. "A true helaer helps you to re-connect and re-member consciously to your inner light"

About me

Lis was trainded at The Philip Salmon School of Reflexology in London in 1994.She has taken continuous courses and learned many healing modalities over the years.

She had a clinic in Harpenden, Hertforshire for 10 years before moving to the south coast 10 years ago, where she works from a clinic in her home in the heart of Highcliffe, Dorset. Lis will do homevisits if needed for an extra cost to cover petrol and time.

Availability

Treatments are on offer as daily appointment and evenings too. Lis offers two Saturday morning appointments per months.

Working hours from 9am with latest appointment 7.30pm ending 9pm.

Please call me or send an email. When you do come to my clinic, you will find plenty of parking in my driveway and house easy to locate in Highcliffe. I live 15 min from Hinton Admiral station.
