About me

Maxine Goodman VTCT MICHT FHT

Prior to training in holistic therapies, I worked as a secretary in the NHS. For many years I worked in a hospice where holistic treatments such as aromatherapy and massage were regularly used to ease symptoms such as pain and nausea and depression. Experiencing the benefits that holistic therapies bring, and how they complement conventional medicine, inspired me to retrain as a therapist. After qualifying, I worked in the same hospice's Therapies and Rehabilitation centre helping patients gain relief from the symptoms of their illness.

Availability

I am available on Monday to Friday 9.00 am til 5.00 pm and during the evenings from 6.30 pm til 8.30 pm.  Appointments are available at weekends with advanced notice, i.e., for pamper parties.  Treatments can be given in your home to suit your busy schedule or if you prefer, you can visit my therapy room in Tibshelf.
