RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care.

Hot Stone Reflexology.

This is where hot stones are either incorporated into a reflexology treatment or are used for thewhole treatment with no thumb walking. The treatment is extremely relaxing and also feels wonderful.

About me

I attended an Introduction to Reflexology course at Aberdeen College and found that giving Reflexology was very relaxing. I then completed a Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Reflexology run by The Complementary Therapy School which I graduated from in October 2014.

Cpd training in RLD and Hot Stone in 2014 

Time 35 to 50 min Treatment
Saturday & Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm £30
Monday to Friday 6:30am to 8:00am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm £35
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm £60

Reflexology Lymph Drainage, 20% discount if before and after measurements are taken to confirm fluid reduction.

At the moment I am offering a mobile service where I visit you, I can arrange for the use of a treatment room if you prefer, this would be at an additional cost.
