In 2023 still providing 60 minutes of extreme therapeutic relaxing reflexology found to have positive effects on a wide range of health conditions.  Caroline Henden is an experienced and dedicated positive reflexologist operating within 20 mile radius of LU6 bringing with her all necessary equipment.  More information can be found on Caroline's website.

About me

I have extensive experience of reflexology treatments for a wide range of conditions having been in business since 2009 and have seen amazing changes.  I belong to the Association of Reflexologists having achieved a level 3 diploma in reflexology in 2008.  I did additional training with Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology in spinal reflexology which I believe has enhanced the effectiveness of my treatments.  I am also able to treat hands with reflexology.

Availability

I offer mobile sessions for people of all ages including children day or evening Monday to Friday from 9am to 7.30pm start. I can arrange weekend appointments if weekdays not possible. It is advisable to WhatsApp or phone me for a booking and leave a message if I am not available or text me. Email enquiries are not such an immediate way of communication for me but I will answer them if you prefer that method initially.  I always speak to a client before going to their home
