It’s a wonderful way to relax and ease any tension from our fast-paced, modern way of living and offers an opportunity for some self-care, something we are not always good at prioritising! Whether you are looking for help with a specific health concern or symptom, or would simply like to take some time for yourself to de-stress and unwind, Lisa’s aim as a reflexologist is to ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable and her reflexology treatments are always personalised for your individual needs.
As well as welcoming clients into her private practice, Lisa also volunteers at The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre in Tunbridge Wells, where she feels privileged to offer reflexology treatments that bring comfort and support to people affected by cancer.
Lisa has a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology for Wellbeing from the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
