Hi, I’m Nikki! With over 20 years’ experience as a qualified Reflexologist, I provide treatments from my peaceful room at Sunshine Holistics in Hertford, creating a calm, welcoming space where you can fully switch off from the outside world.
Your first appointment includes a complimentary consultation, allowing time to explore your needs and what has brought you to Reflexology. Each 50-minute session begins with a soothing foot cleanse and massage before moving into a treatment tailored to you, working intuitively across the reflex points of the feet.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different areas of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, the treatment aims to encourage natural balance, ease tension, and promote a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.
For those who would like a longer, more indulgent experience, I also offer a 90-minute ‘R&R’ treatment, combining Reflexology with Reiki for a beautifully nurturing and unhurried session designed to leave you feeling restored and rebalanced.
