I have a level 5 qualification in Sports and remedial massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage and am registered with the ISRM. I also have a level 3 qualifiaction in reflexology and nutrition, from the Eileen Gilmour School of Holistics and am a registered member of the AoR.

I was once a migraine sufferer, often completely incapacitated with pain, I litereally ran out of medication to try. I discovered that reflexology was hugely beneficial, and once teamed with deep tissue massage my migraines virtually stopped.
